Creativity.

Creativity comes from our heart and soul. We are all born with it, and all the inspiration we need to activate it, surrounds us each and every day. Look at nature and see how all the colours are put together to create a beautiful picture, even on a cloudy day. See the ordinary as exciting and different. See the possibility in everything, and then, start the work to achieve it.

I believe we hold back on expressing that inner creativity because we believe we're being judged as wrong. By whose standard is our creativity measured?

So let go and embrace your individual creativity.

 Live.

 Love.

 Experience.

Expressive life, not measured by any standards but your own. Create your personal space.  Let your soul speak out and embrace what the whole world is showing you.

See through your heart.

Home Spaces.

I love looking at decor magazines. Finding room after room of inspiration for a space just looking for an update or a new space that has no stamp on it yet. The use of new colour combinations that I might not have thought of. Clever furniture placement that uses the floor space to its maximum advantage. The latest furniture trends.

Of course, although I love admiring all these different spaces, I have to remember that a home has to reflect who I am, or who you are. What I can get from paging through the decor magazines is a good idea of what I do and don't like. You can actually create your very own personal mood board, with furniture styles, colour choices and the mood you want to achieve. With that picture in mind, or on board, you are on your way to creating that space that says 'ME'.

There is nothing more comforting than walking through your front door and feeling a welcoming peace.

Happy paging.

Welcome to my new blog.

I have been thinking about starting a new blog and finally, here I am. Hello new world, it seems very appropriate for a new season start. SPRING is here. There is nothing more exciting than a new beginning, whether its in the wonderful new smells in the air, an explosion of fresh colour in the garden or a fresh new look to your living or working space. With just a few small changes to your space you can have a fresh new look. for very little cost. Introduce new colour with those beautiful flowers from your garden, placed in simple jars around the room. Change your cushions or shift your furniture around, maybe position a chair near your window so that you can watch Spring burst open.

Enjoy the Spring air.
